Mildred V. Nicholson

Mildred “Millie” V. Nicholson, 94, of Upper Marlboro, MD, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Millie was born on June 7, 1922, in Calvert County, MD, to Ida Estelle (Stallings) and Jack King. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking and spending time with her family. Millie was the beloved wife of the late Melvin P. Nicholson, who passed away in 1982. She was the loving mother of Richard Nicholson and his wife Annette. She was the devoted grandmother of Kelly, Robin and Michelle and great-grandmother of Mikey. She was the sister of Bobby King and Evelyn Donaldson.
