Mildred K. Miller “Millie” of Huntingtown, MD passed away peacefully at home on August 22, 2020 at the age of 72 years. Born in Cheverly, MD, daughter of Charlotte Pauline (Miles) Daniel’s and George Wesley Hilton, Sr., now both deceased. Millie was born and raised in Prince George’s County Maryland. She met the love of her life, George “Bud” Miller and they were married on August 29th, 1964. She was a devoted wife and raised their 3 boys. After they were grown, Bud and Millie moved to Calvert County in 1996, where he had built their dream home. and she started working for Country Home Assisted Living Facility in Harwood, MD. She loved her job, her patients and most of all, her family! She loved each and everyone of her grandchildren and would do anything for them. After retiring, she started doing her family genealogy and in-law family trees. Millie ending up having over 7 large binders full of all the information that was ever needed. And if that wasn’t enough, she started a prayer card book that was full of any and all information about her large families grave site info, pictures and dates! She loved to take her grandchildren to the pool and any family outings or reunions. Millie loved Myrtle Beach, SC. Going there every year in July was always her #1 thoughts for when the summer started. Beloved wife of George Forest Miller, Jr.; Devoted mother of Dale Forest Miller, Sr. of Huntingtown, MD, Matthew Kevin Miller, Sr., of Spirit Lake, Iowa; Jack Elwood Miller, Sr., and his loving wife, her daughter Evie Miller of Mechanicsville, MD. And the most selfless, Amazing and Loving sister of Memphis, Tennessee, Debra Hilton Goodwin! With Other siblings Antoinette Van Linden, James Hilton, George W. Hilton, Jr., William Hilton, Joseph Hilton and Monica Hilton Kobe; And Many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was the Dearest and loving Grandma of Dale Miller, Jr., Zachary Miller, Christopher Magnuson, Donald Miller, Victoria Miller, Kylie Miller, Matthew Miller, Jr., Michael Wells, Bobbi-Jo Miller, Jasmine Miller and Jack Miller, Jr. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren whom she loved with all of her heart. Also, preceding her in death, was her oldest and beautiful son, Tracy Allen Miller. NEW GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING VISITATION / SERVICES. - 50 to 75 people max at any given time in Funeral Home. - Limit visitation to 15 minutes in visitation room to allow for others to express their condolences. - Funeral Services in Chapel limited to 70 people with four (4) people per pew. - Masks and six foot social distancing still applies.
