Beloved Husband of Betty Lou Willoughby; loving father of, Moses Earl Willoughby, Jr., Laurie Ann Callahan, Dwayne Edward Willoughby and Joseph Eugene Willoughby; brother to Jasper Earnest Willoughby. Also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
