Myrtle Virginia Perfitt

Myrtle Virginia Perfitt, age 75, of St. Leonard, Maryland passed away February 20, 2010 at her home with her family by her side. She is the beloved wife of 41 years of Robert M. Perfitt and loving mother of Ginny Cross, Bonnie Hungerford, Mary Hungerford, George Hungerford and William Perfitt. Sister of Edith McKenzie and Clarence Cockrane. Grandmother of Angela Hill, Amanda Henderson, Alicia Hungerford, Jason Cross, Ashley Perfitt, Jeremy Perfitt, Jessica Perfitt and great grandmother of Cathryn Henderson. Mrs. Perfitt was born, raised and lived in Calvert County her whole life. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Prince Frederick, Maryland and The St. Leonard VFD Ladies Auxiliary. Her hobbies included crabbing, raising canaries, flower gardening, crocheting and was know as an animal lover. Funeral services will be held at the Lee Funeral Home Calvert, PA on Thursday, February 25, 2010 with Pastor "D" of New Life Baptist Church officiating.
