Nada Lea Bowman

Nada Lea Bowman, of Clinton, MD, passed away on April 21, 2013 from Heart Failure. She was 79 years old. Born June 10, 1933 in Muskogee, OK, she was the daughter of the late James H. Cole and the late Daisy Eddyburn. Survived by her beloved husband Chuck of 63 years; children, Cyndi Guerra of Waldorf, MD, Barry (Linda) Bowman of Glen Burnie, MD and Alicia (Michael) Mayes of Punta Gorda, FL; grandchildren, Justin Bowman, Caitlin (David) Oxenham, Devin Guerra, Ashleigh Mayes, Brandon Bowman and Melanie Mayes; great-granddaughter Alyssa Phillips and one sister Diane (Bob) Chapin. Lea was very active in her church Clinton UMC and sang in the choir. She was also a devoted Air Force wife. Visitation will be held at Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Clinton, MD Sunday, April 28 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Monday, April 29 at 2 p.m. Inurnment will be held at Maryland Veteran’s Cemetery Cheltenham, MD at a later date.
