Nickoleen "Nikki" Harris

Nickoleen “Nikki” Harris, age 83, of Dunkirk, MD, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017, at home with her family by her side. She was born in West Virginia on January 15, 1934 to Sophia Mae (McCoy) and Jesse Howard Duty. Nikki married the love of her life in 1956, James Harris, who passed away in January, 2006, after 49 years of marriage. In 1990, Nikki and James moved to Florida. In 2015, she decided to move back to Dunkirk. Nikki owned the White Oak Beagle Kennels and was a member of the Southern Maryland Beagle Club. She loved watching movies, was an avid reader of murder mysteries, painting, watching birds and was a Tampa Bay Buck fan. Nikki was the loving mother of Lynn King, devoted grandmother of Will and Jamie King and great-grandmother of Dylan and Bella King. She was the sister of Isabell and Jesse.
