Norma Elece Broyles

Norma Elece Broyles, 85, of Clinton, MD, passed away on March 6, 2017. Born in Luray, VA on September 2, 1931 to the late Cecil J. Presgraves and Myrtle L. Short. As a newlywed in 1951, Norma and her husband moved to Washington, DC and shortly thereafter went to work for Hot Shoppes Restaurant until 1963. She then stayed at home to raise their three children. In 1976 she returned to work as an assistant for a silk-screening company, Triple J&K, and finally retiring as an office manager from McDonald and Eudy Printers in 2000. She loved spending time with her family, playing bingo with her husband (Buddy), and enjoying the companionship of their golden retrievers, Ginger and Brandi. Norma is predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Maurice (Buddy) S. Broyles. Norma is survived by her children, Monica (Tony), Robin, and Scott (Mary Lee), and grandchildren: Meagan, Julie, and Ryan.
