NORMAN B. CLAPPER On November 7, 2006, of Clinton, MD. Beloved husband of Joan Clapper; and devoted son of Margaret Lexie and Richard Clapper of Huntington, PA. Also survived by a brother Ellis Clapper (Ann) of Huntington, PA; sister Barbara Hayduk (Edward) of Glenwood Springs, CO; and brother-in-law John Edward Haines of Newtown Square, PA. He was predeceased by his sister Mary of Newtown Square; three children Dawn Winchester (David), Joseph Regacho (Anne) and Debbie Sanchez; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Mr. Clapper was a retired insurance broker and veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Huntington High School in Pennsylvania and attended Juneata Junior College and Ben Franklin Business School in Washington, DC.
