OTTO B. SMITH "OTTO B" cOL. usa (rET) (76) Of Fort Washington, MD passed away on Wednesday, June 21,2006 at his home. Otto was born in Jacksonville, Fl to the late Ollie Brown and Obie Smith in 1929. He was the beloved husband of Eva Clack Smith; loving father of Dayna F. Smith of Centerville, VA, Keith B. Smith (Genora) of Montgomery, AL, and Randall E. Smith (Valencia) of Cheltenham, MD; devoted grandfather of Keisha G. Smith and Kayla R. Smith; cherished brother of Robert Lee Brown of Jacksonville, Fl.; loving brother-in-law of Johnny and Clara Herndon, Harold L. Clack of Tallahassee, Fl. and Lionel and Lois Ferguson of Miami, Fl. Many nieces and nephews will miss his playful ways. Otto attended Florida A&M University where he graduated with honors in Mathematics and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army after the graduated exercise in 1953. He was stationed throughtout the U.S. and Europe and he spent 32 years in the Washington, DC area.
