June 27, 1943 — December 27, 2020

Pamela Marie Teresa Hill, age 77, of Andover, MN formerly of Camp Springs, MD passed away peacefully on Sunday December 27, 2020 at her home. She was born in Washington, D.C. on June 27, 1943, daughter of the late William Roscoe Hill and the late Mary Agnes (Ferry) Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Patsy Holson and Pinky Neston, her nieces Chris Delinski and Bonnie Watson and nephew Jimmy Holson. She was also preceded in death by Cosette Colette, her roommate and best pal of 30 years. She is survived by her loving brother the Reverend Paul Hill, her brother in laws David Neston and Jim Holson. She is also survived by her 14 nieces and nephews, Kevin Neston (Tina), Katie Bechel (Scott), Chris Neston (Tamara), Cathy Waltersdorff, Barbie Lloyd (Jim), Pat Holson, Vicki Farri (Joe), Maureen Taylor, Joan Emrick (Mike), Ann Horak (Steve), Paula Caulk, Michael Holson (Amy), Jeannine Schaefer (Paul), Mark Holson (Amber) and many many great nieces and nephews. When Pamela moved to Minnesota, she had many wonderful caregivers and counselors to include Mary Hoffman, Mary Ann Petchel, Pat Schreifels, Susan Fletcher and the Gaustad Family. In particular, we want to recognize Rychel Gaustad, who loved and cared for Pamela and treated her like a member of their family. We want to thank all of these caregivers who, throughout the years, helped Pamela maintain and live a happy productive quality of life that she was most proud of. Pamela attended Mt. Calvary Catholic School, St. Gertrude Catholic School, Elwyn School for the Disabled in Pennsylvania and Melwood Horticultural Training Center in Maryland. She took pride in every job she worked. Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, The Ground Round Restaurant, Wendy's, Culver's Restaurant, Community Involvement Program (CIP) and Chili's. When you got a card from her she always signed it "your hard working Aunt Pamela". Pamela also volunteered at Mercy Hospital in Minnesota. She adored her cats Pinky Pizza, Garfield Red Green Orange Eyes, Tammy and her current cat Burt. She loved her beauty walks and her beauty sleep, bowling, word search games, The Price is Right, dodging the waves at the beach on the shoreline, swimming at the pool, riding her bike up and down Middleton Lane which was her childhood home, the slides at the waterpark and she never missed her Monday Night Raw Wrestling, John Cena was her favorite wrestler. Throughout her 77 years, Pamela had many family and friends in Minnesota and Maryland. She made a lasting impression on everyone she met and made us better people for having known her. Her smile, personable demeanor and innocent sense of humor will always remind us of the sweet, kind and loving person she was. She was a special gift from God. Dignity and respect was how she treated everyone and she liked to point out when she was treated the same.
