Pamela Cornelia Proctor

Pamela Cornelia Proctor, born on July 12th, 1956 in Cheverly, Maryland, passed away on May 6th, 2023 in Brandywine, Maryland. Pamela was a beloved mother and friend to many.

Pamela is survived by her daughter Felicia Proctor Hall, her son Lawrence Joseph Proctor Jr, and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Joseph Proctor Sr., as well as her parents Charles Henry Proctor Sr. and Mary Edna Proctor.

Pamela made a career serving the Prince George's County Police Department as a General Clerk. Her dedication and professionalism during her tenure were widely recognized and respected.

Services for Pamela will be held on May 17th, 2023 at Lee Funeral Home Inc located at 6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Road in Clinton, MD. There will be a Visitation from 9 am to 11 am followed by a Funeral Service from 11 am to 12:45 pm

Pamela Cornelia Proctor was cherished by all who knew her for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.
