Patricia L. Vaughan

Patricia “Pat” L. Vaughan died peacefully surrounded by loved ones in Temple Hills, MD at the age of 83 Saturday, August 13, 2017. Patricia was born in Weyers Cave, VA to Carl and Catherine Byers. She grew up in West Lanham Hills and graduated from Bladensburg High School. She recalls a happy childhood with love of drawing, gardening, family and friends. She worked in banking and private industry for many years. What Pat loved most was being with family, laughing, sharing stories and a good pot luck. She was loved deeply by all and will be greatly missed. Patricia is survived by her husband William Vaughan, Jr and her children, Steve Harding and his wife Joyce, Todd Harding, Lisa (Harding) and her husband Mark and Paula (Harding) Mararac. Her brothers Jim Byers and his wife Dottie, Jay Brown and his wife Jean, sister Susan (Brown) Carter and her husband Rick and sister in law Chloe Brown. Grandchildren Kristina, Jessica, Matthew, Erika, David, Julian, Aimee and great grandchildren, Victoria, Isabella, Ethan, Liam, Allaysa, Madison and Mason. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, first husband Robert Harding, brother Woodrow Brown, daughter Victoria (Harding) Coffinberger and grandchild Michael. A viewing service is scheduled Wednesday, August 16th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Lee Funeral home in Clinton, MD with a viewing from 10:30 to 11:30 am then funeral service scheduled for Thursday, August 17th with a reception to follow.
