Patrick J. Kelly (Age 65)On Friday, January 23, 2004, Patrick J. Kelly, 65, died at his farm in Huntingtown, Maryland. Patrick lived in Huntingtown, Maryland for over 30 years. He is the beloved husband of 39 years to the late Patricia Ann Kelly and loving father of Chris Kelly and the late Timmy Kelly. He is also the loving grandfather of Brian and Timmy Kelly; brother of John Kelly. Patrick moved to Calvert County in 1972 from Bowie, Maryland. He began a business in 1968 called Marlborough Abstract, Inc. in Upper Marlboro, Maryland which is now being managed by his son, Chris. Patrick enjoyed being around his family especially his grandchildren. He lived for his family. His love for farming started when he was younger with farming tobacco, to corn to cattle in most recent years. Other interests included golfing, watching the Redskins, and being involved with his grandchildren, family and friends. He would be most remembered by his unique laugh that will not be forgotten. Family will receive friends at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 105 Vianney Lane, Prince Frederick, Maryland on Wednesday, January 28th, 2004 from 2 - 4 p.m. & 6 - 8 p.m. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Thursday, January 29th, 2004 at 10 a.m. with Father Peter Daly officiating.
