Paula Marie Fogleman

Paula Marie Fogleman of Huntingtown, MD, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019, at the age of 68. She was born on July 18, 1951, in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Helen Marie [Anderson] and Paul Ernest Tippet, Jr. Paula worked in Waste Management for many years in various capacities of clerical work. She enjoyed watching the Hallmark Movie channels, being active in her church and spending time with her family and friends. She was the beloved wife of the late John H. Fogleman, Jr., the loving mother of Susan M. Fogleman and sister of Michael Tippet. She was the devoted aunt to Christina Cox, Danielle Raffensperger, Harvey Raffensperger and StephenTippet. She is also survived by her chosen family, Randy, Michelle, Summer, Skylar, Saylor and KJ Mealing. A Memorial Gathering and Service will be held at First Lutheran Church on Saturday, September 21 from 10 am until start of Services at 11 am.
