Peter Ray Proctor

Peter Ray Proctor (92)Of Brandywine, MD. died on January 15, 2006, at his home. Peter was born May 7, 1913 in Bel Alton, he was the son of the late William Joseph and Cecila Cora (Linkins) Proctor. In Addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Ray Arnold Proctor and on son-in-law Samual A. Gray, three brothers and two sisters. Ray was a Piscataway Indian and a member of the Maryland Indian Heritage Society. He was a professional truck driver for Silver Hill Concrete for 30 years. Ray is survived by his loving wife Gladys of sixty-eight years, three daughters,Joan, Sondra, and Connie, two sons-in-law Paul and Pete and one daughter-in-law Kaye, brother Purcel and sisters Kathryn, Edna and Blandie, five sisters-in-law, their husbands and two brothers-in-law. He leaves behind 22 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
