Philip Alan Ridgely1931 - 2013Philip Alan Ridgely, 82, died Thursday, November 21, 2013 of congestive heart failure after a long illness. From an old Maryland family, Mr. Ridgely was a graduate of St. John's Academy and George Washington University. He spent most of his career at the Water Environmental Federation as Director of Advertising.He was a member of the Capitol Hill Restoration Society, Capitol Hill Village, Textile Museum, Wagner Society, and Barbados Yacht Club. He leaves to mourn, his sister, Jean R. Buck of Gaithersburg, MD, and many nieces and nephews.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
