Phyllis Ann Brown affectionately known as ‘’Punch’’ was born on December 5, 1960, to the late Robert W. Brown Sr. and Susie A. Brown. She departed her earthly life on Monday, January 24, 2022. Phyllis enjoyed life surrounded by love and light with her family around Sugar Hill where she grew into an intelligent young woman. Phyllis received her education from Frederick Douglas High School graduating in 1978. Phyllis retired from the United States Postal Service after dedicating over 21 years of service. Phyllis was a jack of all trades. Phyllis enjoyed Knitting, Carpentry, Computer Coding, Vintage Collecting and listening to her oldies but goodies. Phyllis hobbies included spending time with her family, going to Bingo and the Thrift Store with her mother and Sister Bie Jean. Phyllis possessed a large collection of Baseball Cards, Action Figures, Records, Movies, and Comic Books in which she enjoyed sharing with her favorite nephew Donnie. Phyllis loved to watch her favorite football team, Baltimore Ravens every Sunday with her mother. Phyllis also enjoyed spending time with her nephew Demicio and her two great nieces Ari & A’Niya, as well as the family dog Malcolm. Phyllis leaves to cherish in her memory, her beloved Mother Susie Ann Brown, two Sisters Barbara and Angela Brown, five Brothers Robert Brown, Jr., James Belt, Bryan Brown, Walter Brown Sr., and Terry Brown, four Sister-in-law Amanda, Cynthia, Kahdijah, and Peggy, two Aunts Sadie Colbert and Frances Stewart, two Uncles James Colbert, Sr., and James Thomas Butler Sr., and a host of nieces and nephews. Phyllis is preceded in death by her father Robert W. Brown, Sr., Brother William S. Brown, and niece Capree White.
