Ralph Callaway\n of Forestville, Maryland, died in his home on WednesdayOctober 13, 2010 at the age of 70. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Peggy Gore-Callaway; three sons, Robert and his wife Heather of Crofton Maryland, Adam of Easton Maryland, and Allen of Grove Oklahoma; one daughter, Dawn Marie Heiston and her husband Rick Heiston of Lexington Park Maryland. He was the proud grandfather of nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Ralph is also survived by one brother, Roy Callaway of Minden, West Virginia and a sister, DoraLouFields of West Virginia. He was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Wayne Callaway, his parents Perry Lee Callaway and Mae Bird Ellis of West Virginia, and seven brothers, Lee Jr, Elba, Lincoln, Mack, Everett, Butch and George. Ralph served in the US Air Force as a Military Air Policeman stationed in Germany from 1958 to 1960.Visitation will be held on Monday, October 18, 2010 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am with a service immediately following. Interment will take place at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham on Wednesday, October 20 at 11:00 am.In leiu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to theAmerican Cancer Society or American Lung Association.
