Regenia Emma Proctor

Regenia Emma Proctor, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2016 at the age of 96. She was born October 3, 1919 in Upper Marlboro, MD to the late Frederick M. and Katie V. Proctor. She was married to the late John E. Proctor, Sr. “Alton” for 62 years until his death in 1998. She is survived by two devoted daughters, Judy Thompson (Lacey) and Patrice Proctor, three sons, Bobby Proctor (Betty), Stanley Proctor (Ernestine) and Jerry Proctor; 13 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren, one brother, Wyndell Proctor and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband, she was pre-deceased by her son, the late John E. Proctor, Jr. and her daughter, the late Catherine L. Thompson.
