Renan “Ray” delVillar, 87, of Clinton, MD passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022. Ray was born to Felix and Gertrudis delVillar on July 25, 1934 in Toro Toro, Bolivia. He immigrated to the United States via Minneapolis and Chicago to Washington DC where he met and married his wife Paulette in November of 1963. During their 58 year marriage they had two children and one grandson. Ray enjoyed swimming, working in his garden and yard but most of all spending time with his family and friends. Ray worked in private industry before taking a job with the US Government. His career as a Graphic Illustrator and Designer spanned 31 years and he worked between Andrews Air Force Base, the Pentagon and Bolling Air Force Base. He was a devoted husband, loving father and adoring grandfather who was a kind- hearted, sweet and funny man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He had a sparkle in his eye and his smile was infectious to all who met him. Ray is survived by his wife Paulette and their two children Becky delVillar Levin (David Levin) and David delVillar and his only grandson Reese Levin.
