Rita H. Leggett\n \n \n \nOn Tuesday, May 8, 2012 of Camp Springs, MD. Devoted wife of Kenneth J. Leggett (31 years). Rita was a Secretary for the Federal Goverment for 40 years, retiring in 1997.\n \n \n \nAlong with her husband she is survived by 3 children, Victoria Nesbit and Teresa Ridgeway (Royer) and Keith Leggett (Mary), one sister Joan Johnson (Nelson), 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
