Robert "Bobby" G. Hight Sr.

Robert G. Hight, Sr. “Bobby”, 56, of Upper Marlboro, MD died, surrounded by his family, on December 4, 2015. Born in Cheverly, MD he is the son of the late Christabell Kidwell Hight and the late Robert Benton Hight. Bobby grew up in Upper Marlboro MD until he was 30 when he and the family moved to Delaware. He raised his kids there and after spliting with his wife he decided to move home. He worked for himself in the later part of his life enjoying the freedom of making his own schedule, and taking on projects he found joy in doing. His hobbies were woodworking, fishing, spending time with family and watching Judge Judy. He loved hanging out with family and enjoyed helping anyone who needed it. He would be known to say among other things, “you order it you eat it”. He will be remembered by all for the smile he could bring to your face in the worst situations and how he would give you the last dollar from his pocket if he felt you deserved it.
