Robert Lee Davis, Sr.

Robert Lee Davis, Sr. Known as "Bossy" by his close friends and family, passed away due to complications from Alzeimer's Disease. He leaves his beloved wife of 55 years "Jean" Davis and their two children, Robert L. Davis, Jr. and Carolyn J. Davis. Grandfather of Denise, David and Matthew: Great-grandfather of Jessica and Autumn. He also leaves, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Bossy worked as a toolmaker at the Navy Yard. He was a Staff Sergeant in the Army during WWII, a retiired DC Firefighter and Commissioner of Police for Morningside, MD. Services will be held at Lee Funeral Home Branch Ave. and Covenrty Way Clinton, MD on October 11 at 3:00PM. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD 0n October 21 at 1:00 P.M.
