Ronald C. Ellis 1941 - 2012 "Sleepy" Ronald C. Ellis, 71, of Morningside, MD passed away on Monday November 26, 2012 at Southern Maryland Hospital, Clinton, MD. Born in Washington, DC he was a son of the late Dorothy (Reher) Pfeil. He was married to Karen (Beardmore) Ellis. They celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary on May 28, 2012. He was an iron worker and a member of Iron Workers Local #5, retiring in 2001. He enjoyed motorcycles, cars, trucks, and guns. He was a member of Morningside Vol. Fire Department Co. #27, where he was a lifetime member, the Moose Lodge of Upper Marlboro, MD and the Phantom's Motorcycle Club. Along with his wife he is survived by three daughters, Cindy Collins (Danny), Dina Wells (Russell), and Beth Printz (Jason), nine grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Jessica, DJ, Kristen, Kayla, Lindsay, Garrett, and Gabby, two great grandchildren, Landon and Chloe, a sister, Nancy MacWelch, three brother -in- laws, Larry Beardmore (Jean), Johnny Beardmore (Kathy), Billy Beardmore (Rickie), and all of his Phantom's Brothers.
