Ronald DeWayne Hall, of Camp Springs, MD departed this life peacefully on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, MD, following a long battle with bladder cancer.

Ronald was born on December 11, 1943, to the late Howard and Deloris Hall, in Olney, MD.

Ronald affectionately known as Ron, received his education in the Montgomery County Public School system. He attended Richard Montgomery High School and graduated in 1961. Following graduation, he made the decision to enlist in the military. Ron was a veteran of the Vietnam War. For his service and dedication, he earned varies medals, achievement, and acknowledgment awards. He served honorably in the United States Airforce for 23 years, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. Upon retiring Ron went to work for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in Washington, DC.

In his spare time, Ron attended the University of Maryland receiving a Bachelor of Science degree.

Aside from his family and friends, one of Ron’s greatest devotions was to the team formally known as the Washington Redskins, now named the Washington Commanders. Ron had enough Washington Redskins paraphernalia to clothe every resident of Prince George’s County. In addition to loving NFL Sundays, Mondays, & Thursdays, he was also an avid NASCAR fan.

Ronald leaves to cherish his memories, his devoted wife, Bernice (Bunny) Hall; children, Tané Peura (Larry); Kevin Hall; Nicole Conn (William), and Rhonda Hall; seven grandchildren Allanté, Joshua, Jonathan, Demetrius, Emmanuel, and Brittany. He will also be remembered by dear friends Lois Hackey, Kelly Phillips, and a host of other relatives and friends.
