Rosebud Fulmer Speed 1948 - 2013 Rosebud Fulmer Speed, 65, of Clinton, MD passed away on Friday March 15, 2013 at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, DC. Born in Neeses, SC, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Daisy Bell (Staley) Fulmer. She was married to the late Calvin James Speed who passed in 2003. Prior to retirement she had worked for NALC Health Benefit Plan for 25 years.
