Ruby V. Todt

Ruby V. Todt 1922 - 2013 Ruby V. Todt, 91, of District Heights, MD passed peacefully on Tuesday August 6, 2013 at home with her son David by her side. Born in Hopewell, VA she was a daughter of the late Amos and Frances (Gilbert) Vest. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph C. Todt Sr. who passed in 1994. She loved raising German Shepherds and being a foster parent as well as spending time with her family. She is survived by four children, Diane Havard, Debra Godbold, Joseph Todt Jr., and David Todt and six grandchildren. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Ruby V.
