Ruffin Billy Smith

Mr. Ruffin Billy Smith, age 78, passed away at his home in Cheltenham, MD. A native of Casar, NC, he was the son of Bert & Zonie Smith. He was preceded in death by his sons Joey Rocklin & Wayne Drew Smith; brothers J.H. & Roy Smith; and sisters Leberta Sisk & Linda Ivester. Mr. Smith is survived by his long time companion Sherry McClure and her daughter Tiffany McClure, sons Ronnie Smith, Gene Hastings (Bonnie), and Randy Higgs (Annette); daughters Diane Foster (Greg) & Roxanne Tripp (Allen); brother Ray Smith; sister Ethel Stamey; grandchildren Michael, Kim, Kris, Josh, Randy, and Jennifer; and greatgrandchildren Bentley, Braxton, Lily, Lila, and Jase.
