Beloved husband of the late Jean Marie Russ; loving son of the late Richard H., Sr. and Alice Russ, father of George (Ruth M.) Russ and the late Virginia and Catherine Russ; grandfather of Justin Russ and Cheryl Byrom; brother of William (Mary E.) Russ and Virginia L. Mericle.
