Sandy Deloris Carrington

Sandy Deloris Carrington, passed away the morning of Monday, August 22, 2022, due to cancer.  She was born May 15, 1951, in Halifax, VA to James Durrie Chandler, Sr and Hennette Chandler, who both proceeded her in death.  She also had one brother, James Durrie Chandler, Jr., who proceeded her in death.  She is survived by her one and only child, Cotina Carrington; and her only grandchild, Jayla Jacobs.  She is also survived by eight sisters, two brothers and a host of nieces and nephews.

 The funeral arrangements and burial will be private.
