Sarah Mae Johnson, 78,\n \n of Forestville, MD died Saturday December 3, 2011. Born in Holly Hill, SC she was a daughter of the late Emmanuel. She was married to the late Oliver Clifton Johnson who passed in 1997. \n \nShe was a home healthcare nurse for Homemaker Health Aid Service of Washington, DC. She was a pastor of her church until 2007. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing, serving her church wherever she was needed along with singing in the choir. She also volunteered at various hospitals and schools in the area. She had the honor of representing Homemaker Health Aid Service at a luncheon at the White House where she met former first lady Barbara Bush. She leaves behind to cherish her memories four children, Oliver Wallace Johnson (Teresa), Reginald Clifton Johnson (Rudina), Sarah Jenetta Washington-Johnson (Russell), and Constance Monica Vines-Johnson (William), 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.\n \nA visitation will be held on Friday December 9, 2011 from 9 – 10:00AM followed by funeral service at 10:00AM at the Power of Prayer Church, 7730 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery
