Shelley Anne Hall of Forest Heights, MD passed away on June 7, 2018 at the age of 54. Born in Washington, DC, the daughter of Sharon Lee Weber and Gary Hubert Shifler. Making others happy describes the generous soul of Shelley. She loved family and was thrilled to recently become a grandmother. Shelley was an animal lover, especially her cats. She loved to cook and enjoyed listening to old time rock and roll. She will forever be missed by those whose heart she opened.
