Sherman L. Crouch

Sherman L. Crouch went to be with the Lord on May 29, 2014. Born Sept 2, 1922 in Adah, Pa., he was the son of the late Clinton and Hazle Crouch. Sherman served in the US Air Force Retired (Chief Warrant Officer2) for 22 years - serving in WWII and the KoreanWar. He pursued a second career with the Dept. of Defense as Communications Supervisor. Sherman and his wife, Mary, enjoyed many years of traveling, dancing, walking, gardening and spending time with family. Sherman was preceeded in death by his sisters Helen and Elizabeth, brother Robert, step-sons James and William Unkle. He is survived by his wife Mary, son Larry, daughter Lenora (Amir) Hussain, son Steven (Terry) Crouch, step-son John Unkle and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.Family and friends will be received at Lee Funeral Home, Clinton Md. on Tuesday June 10, 2014. Visitation will begin at 10am, service at 11:30am, followed by interment at Cheltenham Cemetery, Upper Marlboro, Md at 1:00pm.
