Shirley Anne Cornwell

Shirley A. Cornwell, 83 of Indian Head, MD, formerly of Capital Heights, MD went to be with her Lord August 21, 2021 while surrounded by her family. She enjoyed countless moments of warmth with her family and friends and will always be remembered for her unconditional love and kindness. Beloved wife of 65 years to her husband William L. Cornwell, Sr. and devoted mother of Deborah Keib (late Kenny Jr.), William Cornwell, Jr., Denise Cornwell-Ezrin ( Al Ezrin), Steven Cornwell, Sr.(Kim) , and Brenda Fowler( Bobby). She was the proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.She is also survived by her loving sisters and Brothers Bobby Norton (late Bud), Janice Owens (Charles), Johnny Taylor, Larry Taylor, Donald Taylor, Sr. (Bonnie). Shirley is predeceased by her parents, Ben and Mary Taylor, and siblings Margarite Taylor, James Taylor, Florence Windsor (Alton, Sr.) and Mary Snyder(late James) In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her name to Charles County Hospice or St.Judes.
