Stanley William King (TSGT USAF Retired)\non September 17, 2010 of Accokeek, MD Born in Wales in 1923, he began working as a blacksmith at the age of 14. He also served in WWII for the British Army. He came to America in 1954, where he worked in the National Guard and Air Force, meeting some fine people who he befriended.\n He married the woman he always called “his great love”, Molly, in 1944. They were never apart until she passed away in 2004. He was a devoted husband and good friend to all who knew him. He will be missed.\n He is survived by his sister, Olive; brother, Ronald; son, Jeffrey; daughter, Barbara; grandchildren Dana, Dale, Jeffrey, and Stephen; and great-grandchildren Jay, Katie, Vinnie, Paulie, Joey, Tristen, and Addison.\n Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 from 2-4 pm at Lee Funeral Home, Inc., Branch Avenue and Coventry Way, where services will be held at 4 pm.
