Stanton Daniel Riley

Stanton Daniel Riley, born in Washington DC, September 4, 1959, one of eight children to Issac Riley, Jr. and Catherine D Riley (both Deceased).

Stanton attended both Eastern and Spingarn High School in Washington DC, graduating from Spingarn High School in 1977.  He also attended the University of the District of Columbia.   Stanton was a certified Air Conditioning and Heating Mechanical Engineer.  Stanton retired as a Budget Analyst from the U.S. Federal Government/GSA in 2022 after 30+ years of service.

In his teen years Stanton participated in team sports, basketball and baseball. He enjoyed watching Professional Sports, and fishing, throughout his life.

Stanton leaves to mourn a brother, five sisters, three brothers-in-law, three nieces, four nephews, two Aunts, many cousins, several lifelong friends and many other friends.

There will be a private viewing on Sunday, August 13 at 1:00pm for family and close friends.  A memorial service will follow on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 3:00pm.  All services will be held at Lee Funeral Home, 6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd, Clinton MD 20735.
