Preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years Marie Grace Maggio and Daughter in law Kathy Maggio.The beloved father of Steven Maggio Jr. (Lynn Ebert) and Salvatore Maggio. He is also survived by his brother Thomas Maggio (Anita), grandchildren Stephanie Clements (Brian), Toni Maggio, and Joshua Maggio (Lisa), great grandchildren Andrew Clements, Mason, Grace, and Lawson Maggio, nephew Chester Seaborn (Janice), and god-daughter Gail Thompson.
