Sultan Ludd, of Columbia, MD (formally of Temple Hills, MD) passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the age of 68. Born in Washington, DC Sultan was one of four children of the late Clifton and Vernell Ludd. He served in the United States Air Force and also worked as a civilian employee for the Federal Government before retiring to become a full-time taxi cab driver, which he loved dearly because his passion was meeting and talking to people. He was the loving father of three children; Joanne (Luis) of Woodbine, MD, Sultan (Alfreda) of Centreville, VA and Philip (Chasity) of Bowie, MD. He also leaves behind five grandchildren; Pierre, Mahariel, Elias, Christopher and Reina as well as three siblings; Jack Ludd of Washington, DC, Clifton Ludd of Lynnwood, WA and Edwinna “Sheila” Rasheed of Anchorage, AK.
