Sylvia Louneal Quinn, 90, of Jessup, MD passed away on October 14, 2016. Sylvia was born on July 29, 1926 in Urbana, Virginia to the late Major D. Gayle and Blanche Lee Carlton. Sylvia is predeceased by her Parents. Husband, James K. Quinn. Grandchild, Amber. Great-Great Grandchildren Melanie, and Andrew. Sylvia enjoyed being with her Grandbabies, and Great-Grandbabies. Sylvia is survived by her Daughters, Sharon William, and Cynthia Carle. Grandchildren, Alonzo R. Carle, IV, James A. Carle, and Connie M. Wooster. Great-Grandchildren, Megan, Jessie, Alonzo, Kayla, Damien, Joey, Ryan, and Savanna. Great-Great Grandchildren, Mason, Aden, Autumn Rose, Scarlet, Hunter, Alayna, and Athena.
