Terry Lynn Nelson

Terry L. Nelson passed away at home on August 7, 2024, after a short battle with Lung Cancer. She is predeceased by her mother Jean Brown, her father Willard Brown and her brother Steven Brown. Terry is survived by her husband Charles Nelson, Sr., son Charles Nelson, II, brothers Douglas Brown and Bryan (L.B.) Brown and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and a few great grandnieces. Terry spent 41 years working for the Air Force, 33 of which as a legal secretary for the 89 th Airlift Wing at Joint Base Andrews. During her service she earned many awards and citations.

Viewing will begin at 2:00pm on Saturday August 10, 2024, with services to follow at 4:00 at Lee Funeral Home located at 6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd, Clinton, Md. 20735.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St, Jude’s Medical Research Center.
