Thomas A. Clower (Age 70)Thomas A. Clower, 70, died on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at his home in Owings, Maryland with his family by his side. Thomas was born on August 29, 1935 in Takoma Park, Maryland to the late Francis Mitchell and Virginia Rose Clower. Thomas is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Inas N. Clower, daughters, Donna and husband, Richard Evans of Burke, VA and Diana Wallace of Lusby, MD, sons, Michael and wife, Lorrie Clower of Waldorf, MD and Scott and wife, Kellee Clower of Santa Rosa, CA, brother, Hugh and wife, Barbara Clower of Chesapeake Beach, MD, sister, Patricia and husband, Charles Moon of Easton, MD and grandchildren of Tammy, Justin, Lindsay, Chris, Mark and Dillon. Thomas grew up in College Park, Maryland. He graduated from North Western High School in 1953. He married his wife, Inas in 1955. Through the years, Thomas and Inas lived in Lanham, MD, Clinton, MD and retiring in Owings, MD in 1988. Both are members of the Smithville UMC in Dunkirk, Maryland. Thomas worked as an Auto Parts Manager at Anacostia Chrysler-Plymouth Dealership retiring after 38 years of service. His hobbies included boating, fishing, and playing cards. Thomas loved his family especially his grandchildren. Family will receive friends at the Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A., 8125 Southern Maryland Blvd. (Route 4 & Fowler Rd), Owings, Maryland on Sunday, January 8th from 3 pm to 6 pm. Service will be held at Smithville UMC, 10602 Southern Maryland Blvd. (Route 4 & Ferry Landing Road), Dunkirk, Maryland on Monday, January 9th at 11 am.
