Beloved husband and best friend of Marion Wong- Halwick; loving father of Rosey, Candy, Smokey and Mr. Kitty; son of the late Daniel and Elizabeth Halwick; brother of Paul, Elizabeth Julian, Patrica Arnold, Pauline Starcher, Michael, Mary Reynolds and the late Daniel, John and Joseph.
