Thomas Eugene Perry

Thomas E. Perry USN Ret., 88, of Upper Marlboro, MD passed on Monday November 25, 2019. Born in Warren, PA he was a son of the late Jesse and Bess (Kenemuth) Perry. He was the beloved husband of the late H. Jean Perry who passed in 2017.He was a veteran of the United States Navy retiring in 1972 after serving for twenty-four years. During his time in service he was stationed in the Philippines, Japan, Okinawa, Cuba, and Washington,DC. He enjoyed bowling, playing cards, coaching his daughters softball teams, watching NASCAR, Cheering for the Washington Redskins, Washington Nationals, but most of all spending time with his family. He is survived by his daughter Debbie J. Hance(Bruce), three grandsons; Colin(Lexey), Benjamin(Rosa), and Cody Hance, Two great-grandchildren; Luke and Emmie Jean Hance, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel at 12:30pm followed by a burial at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery-Cheltenham with military honors.
