Tiffany Cheryl Storey, 33, of Upper Marlboro, MD went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 9, 2016. She was born on December 17, 1982 in Clinton, MD to Richard and Sharon Leech. She grew up in Upper Marlboro, MD with her two siblings, Michael Leech who passed at age 21 and sister, Kimberly Leech-Watson. Tiffany graduated from Grace Brethren Christian School in Clinton, MD where she received honors and played on the varsity soccer team. She went on to Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her start in the career world was working as a lab technician for the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. Exploring her creative talents, she also pursued a graphic design certificate from Prince George's Community College. With her passion for learning, she took on several hobbies and ventures until settling down to pursue her dream to start a family. She married Jason Storey in Strongsville, OH on May 16, 2009, where the couple shared seven years of marriage and had two children: Caleb, 4, and Summer, 22 months. Her children were her world, and she said being a mother was her greatest accomplishment. An active member of her church, she always found comfort in her church family. She loved to sing, and you'd often hear her singing her favorite praise songs or listening to them on her phone wherever she went. A silly spirit, Tiffany always knew how to have a good time. Most know her for her boisterous laugh, sweet smile, and kind heart. Tiffany Cheryl Storey is survived by her former husband Jason Storey; their children Caleb and Summer; her parents Richard and Sharon Leech; sister Kimberly Leech-Watson; brother-in-law Xavier Watson; grandparents Kenneth and Marilyn Flemens, and Clara Leech; as well as 4 uncles, 7 aunts, 10 cousins, and a number of extended family and many loving friends. A memorial service to honor Tiffany's life will be held Friday, January 15, 2016, at 11 a.m. The service will be held at First Baptist Church of Upper Marlboro; 7415 SW Crain Highway, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.
