Tony Terrell Proctor

Tony Terrell Proctor, 40, died on December 6, 2015, in Fort Washington, MD. He was born on August 31, 1975, in Baltimore, MD to Sarita Swann and William Vernon Barbour. Tony was an avid fisherman and boater. He loved to show off his barbeque skills. Tony was an avid Redskins fan and also enjoyed race cars. He was very social and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his parents; siblings Curtis Proctor, Jamie Swann, and Jacqueline Proctor; aunts and uncles Jane Richardson, Imogene Proctor, Charles Proctor, Mary Mason, Nancy Swann, Vivian Barbour, Steve Barbour, Loretta Barbour, and Bennie Barbour; and many, many family and friends who will love him forever.
