Valentine Marcelle Bowers\n \n \n \n \n \nDaughter of the late Elmire Jeanne Josephine Delfosse, and Etienne Delborn of Belgium died on June 15, 2011 surrounded by a loving family. She was the devoted mother of Robert Robey(Sherie), Gary Robey (Diana). She is survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
