Whynona J. "Jane" Ritter, 73 formerly of Elkridge, MD on Wednesday November 30, 2016 in Charlotte Hall, MD. Born in LaPlata, MD she was a daughter of the late Charles B. and Edith W. (Harwell) Howell. She was married to the late Leo David Ritter Jr.. Prior to her retirement she was an office manager in a Law Office. She was an avid Washington Redskins fan.She is survived by six children, twelve grandchildren, and two brothers.
