Wilhelmina K. (Krautwurst) Diegelmann WILHELMINA K. DIEGELMANN (nee Krautwurst) Of Clinton, MD. wife of the late Frederick J. Diegelmann, mother of Robert F. (Penny) Diegelmann, Ph.D. and Mary Anne (Jerry) Upright. Also grandmother of Adam Upright, Sarah (Pat) McCloskey, Laura Diegelmann M.D., Ryan, Stephen and Scott Diegelmann and the late John Upright; great-grandmother of David McCloskey. Survived by one sister Katherine Soule, many nieces, nephews and friends. Wilhelmina K. Diegelmann originally from Washington, DC was a 1935 graduate of the Providence Hospital School of Nursing. In her nursing career she was a private duty nurse, physicians\\' office nurse and was the store nurse for Lansburgh\\'s Department Store for over 20 years. She is a past President of the Providence Hospital Nurse Alumnae Association. Mrs. Diegelmann was also active it the Girl Scouts and various church organizations. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, between 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at LEE FUNERAL HOME, Branch Ave and Coventry Way, Clinton, MD. On Thursday, October 30, 2008 visitation at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 8908 Old Branch Ave., Clinton, MD. where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD.
