William Fletcher Dodds“Bill” On Sunday, January 11, 2015; beloved husband of the late Betty Dodds. William was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 25, 1928.William has one surviving brother Robert Dodds, who resides in Indiana. He is also survived by his daughters, Jean Hayes (Bill) and Joann Elizabeth Ramplin (Sean) and his sons, William Robert Dodds and Wayne Fletcher Dodds; grandson, Patrick Charles Ramplin and two granddaughters, Janet and Christina Hayes, 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.William enjoyed bowling, watching sports especially baseball and being a director of the Nation’s Capital Area Bowling Association. After William retired from being a bookbinder he volunteered to give out the bowling awards.
