William J. Simms, age 83, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013 At the Prince Georges Hospital Center, Lanham, Maryland. He was a resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He is the beloved husband of 66 years of Mary L. Simms and loving father of Sharon A. Atkins and her husband Tom. Grandfather of Tracey L. Ulterino, and Colette L. Reagan and great grandfather of Sawyer Atkins Reagan, Amelia Clare Reagan and William N. Ulterino. Services and interment are private.
